Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week)

MySpectrum provides outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We work with individuals across all spectrums and seek skilled Therapists throughout Virginia interested in providing teletherapy. Whether or not you specialize, if you're an out-of-the-box thinker and relationship-driven Therapist who can engage clients virtually, this may be the right fit. Our goal is to serve clients who haven't found the right fit elsewhere, face barriers to in-office therapy, and want to reduce stigma around mental health. Job Summary:

The Teletherapist will provide 45-60 minute therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Full-time therapists typically handle around 30 sessions per week. We are flexible for part-time therapists with at least 7 sessions weekly and are willing to work with new therapists until they are ready for full-time caseloads.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy in 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete Assessments
• Develop Treatment Plans
• Write Progress Notes
• Suggest strategies and techniques to help clients
• Be an active part of MySpectrum

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for insurance credentialing; multi-state licenses are encouraged
