Momentum Health Management Services seeks a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient services to adolescents and adults. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in person or via telehealth.

The role involves working with diverse populations, addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland behavioral health license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC) in good standing.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience with trauma, co-occurring disorders, and diverse populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
• Assess and monitor client safety, including suicide and other risk factors.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, PRP staff, families, and other team members.
• Participate in supervision, case consultation, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Provide services through in-person and telehealth modalities as assigned.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Momentum Health Management Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to adolescents and adults. The therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy based on client needs.

Our therapists work with diverse populations experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, co-occurring substance use concerns, and other behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with individuals from varied backgrounds and life experiences and is committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide services through in-person and telehealth modalities as assigned
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, professional ethical standards, and applicable agency requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Maryland behavioral health license, such as LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC, in good standing
• Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and clinical documentation standards
• Experience working with trauma, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, and diverse or underserved populations is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Comfortable utilizing electronic health records and providing telehealth services
