Job summary

Bain & Company’s FRWD marketing acceleration team seeks a MarTech-enabled Expert Consultant to drive key marketing workstreams, delivering measurable client results.

You will collaborate with Bain consultants across disciplines, apply MarTech, data, and analytics to uncover insights, define actionable strategies, and lead analyses that strengthen the marketing function for global clients while traveling when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing industry experience with leadership
• 3-5+ years of MarTech experience (MarTech stack, automation, CDP)
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving and case delivery for marketing engagements
• Drive MarTech-related workstreams and deliver client-ready outputs
• Collaborate with Bain consultants and client teams across disciplines
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital media, analytics, and testing plans
• Communicate insights clearly to clients and ensure alignment on workplans
• Contribute to FRWD strategy and ongoing internal initiatives
