Job summary

Volantsoft Inc in Dallas, TX invites an experienced MarTech Delivery Manager / Adobe Journey Optimizer Lead to drive end-to-end marketing technology projects.

You will design and operate AJO journeys, work with AEP, RTCDP, and integrate with CRM and data platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

This role requires 7+ years of experience and a strong blend of PM and technical hands-on expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MarTech delivery or program management.
• Hands-on knowledge of AJO, AEP, customer journeys, personalization, and data integration.
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MarTech and customer experience initiatives.
• Design, develop, configure, and manage Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) customer journeys.
• Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM, identity, audiences, and customer profiles.
• Manage Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and audience/segmentation initiatives.
• Coordinate developers, architects, data engineers, QA, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and releases.
• Develop event-driven customer journeys and personalized experiences.
• Support integration of AJO/AEP with CRM, APIs, data platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Work with REST APIs and external integrations.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and technical implementation.
• Troubleshoot delivery, integration, journey, and data issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MarTech Delivery Manager / Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of marketing technology and customer experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
