Job summary

Precise Software Solutions, a government-focused technology services firm, seeks a seasoned Security Compliance Officer responsible for the Marketplace security posture and MARS-E/ARS-like framework alignment. You will manage ATO artifacts, lead evidence quality initiatives, and coordinate with CMS governance to ensure audit readiness.

This contract-offered role requires deep RMF/ATO experience and strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 with continual monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.
8–12+ years in cybersecurity risk/compliance; 5+ years RMF/ATO work.
Senior security credential (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP, GSLC) preferred; focus on RMF & evidence quality.

Responsibilities

Owns and improves CMS governance posture and ATO artifacts; ensures audit readiness.
Coordinates across ADO ISSOs and system teams to standardize controls and evidence quality.
Leads RMF execution activities, including categorization, control selection, and continuous monitoring per NIST RMF.
