Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus homes and guide 8–13 students. The role blends daily supervision with mentorship, budgeting, and student activities for a nine-on, three-off cycle, then a placed home.

Compensation includes $46,917 per person plus free housing and meals on duty, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Applicants must be married 2+ years, with a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years
• Both spouses age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children in the student home
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Pet limitations: fish and one approved dog breed
• Valid U.S. driver's license and driving certification
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

Responsabilidades
