Qualifications
  • Genuine passion for helping individuals, couples, families, children, and teens thrive, demonstrated through your work.
  • Proficiency in managing paperwork and documentation.
  • Enjoy working independently and are interested in learning about private practice business and marketing.
  • Skilled in assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and client support.
  • Prepared to handle part-time schedules with at least 15 clients per week or full-time with 22+ clients, including leading group therapy if desired.
  • Belief that therapy can be meaningful, fun, and full of connection—humor is a plus!
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude towards work.
  • Registered and in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Compensation

$30 - $39 hourly
