Hobble Creek Health seeks a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time hybrid role based in Spanish Fork, UT, with some flexibility for work from home and a satellite location in Sandy. You will provide individual, couples, and family counseling, conduct intake assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy to support couples and families through conflict, transitions, and communication challenges.
• Demonstrated competence in Counseling and Psychology to conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and apply evidence-based treatment interventions.
• Experience working with diverse Mental Health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues) across different ages and family systems.
• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current or eligible licensure in Utah (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, CMHC or equivalent) and willingness to maintain all professional and ethical standards.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, maintain professional boundaries, and communicate clearly in both spoken and written formats.
• Comfort with using electronic health records, scheduling systems, and telehealth platforms for documentation and remote sessions.
• Preference for candidates with experience in community mental health, nonprofit collaboration, or working with couples and families in varied cultural contexts.

Role Description

This full-time hybrid Marriage and Family Therapist role is based in Spanish Fork, UT, with some flexibility for work from home and/or our new satellite location in Sandy, Utah. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling, conduct intake assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, collaborating with other providers, and participating in case consultations and team meetings. The therapist will use evidence-based approaches to address relationship issues, family dynamics, and mental health concerns, while supporting clients in building resilience and healthier patterns. The role also involves occasional outreach or coordination with community resources to enhance client support.
