Job summary

Arcadia Counseling, with locations in Sandy, Lehi, and Lindon, is hiring Licensed and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists for full and part-time positions. You will focus entirely on therapy while we provide a comprehensive administrative support system to handle client onboarding, billing, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will be fully licensed in Utah, possess excellent organizational skills, and show leadership qualities. We promote a positive work environment with opportunities for career advancement and client protection.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and independently practicing as an AMFT or LMFT in Utah.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
• Manage clients without the need for on-call duties.
• Utilize a telehealth option for clients.

Arcadia Counseling in Sandy, Lehi and Lindon is looking for full and part‑time Licensed and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists to grow with our company of over 60 MFTs, CMHCs and CSWs. We offer a full‑service administration model that allows you to focus on therapy while our team handles marketing, credentialing, eligibility checks, client onboarding, scheduling, billing and collections. Paneled with most major insurance companies, we guide our clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, gender, self‑harm, faith and many other issues. We don't fit you in our box, we find the best therapists and create a box that works for you (clients, schedule, office). Come feel the difference!
