We’re looking for someone with strong sales instincts, people-first energy, and a proven record of performance—especially if you’ve succeeded in local real estate or new home sales and want a new challenge with serious growth potential.

  • Represent Maronda Homes in new communities throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
  • Drive local marketing, outreach, and networking to build your pipeline.
  • Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track your success.
  • Collaborate with builder partners and contribute to strategy, pricing feedback, and community success.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in real estate, new home sales, or a customer-facing sales role with consistent top-tier performance.
  • Availability to work full-time onsite, including weekends.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and rapport-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and presentation platforms; comfort with AI-enhanced tools is a plus.
  • A real estate license must be obtained during training.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
What You’ll Earn:
  • Annual draw plus commission—paid in two phases (half at contract, half at closing).
  • Estimated annual earnings range: $90,000–$150,000+, depending on performance and community traffic.
