Qualifications

• Expert level skills and experience with MarkLogic.
• Advanced XML, XQuery, JSON, and XSD skills.
• Excellent data modeling skills with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Intermediate programming skills in Java/J2EE including Spring and RESTful web-services.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and ETL processes preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and maintenance activities.
• Develops content ingestion, validation, and transformation workflows for MarkLogic.
• Develops XQuery modules and Rest APIs for complex searches.
• Researches and develops POCs demonstrating business capabilities using MarkLogic.
• Contributes to enterprise level practices.
