Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Java Developer with MarkLogic expertise to support Agile DevOps for mission-critical systems. You will build and maintain cloud-enabled apps, implement MarkLogic-based processes, and craft business logic in XQuery.

You will design, develop, and deploy applications across the lifecycle, work with REST, JavaScript, Java, and SpringBoot, and contribute to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives while coordinating infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on development with the MarkLogic framework and related tooling.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable enterprise designs.
• Experience in service-oriented architectures and data processing (SQL/NoSQL).
• TS/SCI with a polygraph is required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MarkLogic-integrated solutions with enterprise platforms.
• Develop XQuery, JavaScript, and REST modules on the MarkLogic stack.
• Model entities and program using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Angular, Python.
• Develop and execute unit tests with JUnit and Katalon.
• Lead automated deployment and Agile SDLC activities following SAFe.
• Coordinate infrastructure needs driven by software to meet mission goals.
