Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a data platform engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain Markit EDM (Opus EDM) solutions and related ETL workflows in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with senior developers, optimize data integration and transformation processes, perform code reviews, provide production support, and ensure data quality across development and production environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Markit EDM (Opus EDM).
• Advanced SQL Server development and debugging.
• Experience ETL workflows within Markit EDM.
• Understanding of data integration, transformation, and management.
• Troubleshooting ETL and data issues in dev and prod.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, maintain Markit EDM solutions and workflows.
• Design, develop, maintain ETL processes for sourcing, transformation, and mastering.
• Analyze data workflows to improve platform performance, stability & maintainability.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders on platform enhancements.
• Review code and ETL workflows; participate in reviews and quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot data, ETL, and application issues across environments.
• Provide production support and participate in operational activities.
• Contribute to data mastering, integration, and enterprise data projects.
• Perform data validation for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow standards, docs, and deployment processes.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, deliver in fast-paced env.
