Nasdaq, Inc. invites energetic interns to join the MarketSite Events Team for a 10-week summer program in New York City. You'll support daily event operations, greet guests at bell ceremonies, and learn Nasdaq's diverse event portfolio while working closely with mentors and senior leaders.
You will gain hands-on experience in events, hospitality, client service, and marketing, developing strong professional skills and a network across Nasdaq teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Competenze
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field.
- Interest or experience in events, hospitality, client service, marketing, or broadcast production.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset when working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; willingness to learn Salesforce or Monday.com.
Mansioni
- Support daily event operations at Times Square HQ.
- Greet guests attending opening/closing bell ceremonies.
- Shadow Event Specialists to learn Nasdaq's event portfolio.
- Assist with agenda reviews, guest lists, and event details in Monday.com.
