Referment, a global investment and technology firm, is seeking an associate for its Thought Leadership team within External Communications. The role focuses on markets-, economics-, and tech-focused content to support fundraising, recruiting, and branding initiatives.

You will collaborate across investment research, technology, Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal and Compliance. You will conceive, manage, and deliver projects that support sourcing, amplification, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2–5 years of analytical, research, and project management experience.
• Finance, economics, statistics or quantitative discipline valued but not required; learning agility and rigorous analysis matter.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high standards.
• Ability to think critically, drive projects proactively, and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Manage the drafting and review process for white papers, speaking engagements and presentations, and short-form materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across investment research and technology, plus Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal and Compliance.
• Conceive, manage, and deliver projects that support content sourcing, amplification initiatives, and infrastructure.
• Build relationships across the firm to identify and execute new thought leadership ideas.
