Job summary

Referment is seeking an associate for its Thought Leadership team within External Communications. You will help shape markets-, economics-, and tech-focused content across multiple media to support fundraising, recruiting, and branding initiatives.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across investment research and technology, as well as Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal and Compliance, to conceive and deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2–5 years in analytical/research roles.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage drafting and review of white papers, speaking engagements and presentations, and short-form materials.
• Collaborate across investment research, technology, Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal and Compliance.
• Conceive, manage, and deliver projects that support sourcing, amplification initiatives, and infrastructure.
• Build relationships across the firm to identify and execute new thought leadership ideas.
