Job summary

Zulay Kitchen in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Marketplaces Manager to grow sales across third-party retail websites and online marketplaces. You’ll manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and launch products on new platforms to drive revenue.

You’ll coordinate with supply chain, sales, and marketing to support orders, promotions, and retailer requirements while maintaining accurate listings and pricing. This is an in-office role, Monday–Friday, in-person at our Clearwater office.

Responsibilities

• Grow Marketplace Sales: Develop strategies to increase revenue across our existing retail and e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Manage Retailer Accounts: Own day-to-day relationships, account requirements, product assortment, and performance across assigned platforms.
• Launch New Products: Coordinate product onboarding, listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and catalog setup.
• Expand Our Reach: Research and identify new online retailers and marketplaces where Zulay Kitchen products could succeed.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor sales, product visibility, inventory, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate Operations: Work with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to support orders, inventory availability, promotions, and retailer requirements.
• Maintain Account Health: Ensure listings, product information, pricing, and operational requirements stay accurate and up to date.
• Build Relationships: Communicate with marketplace partners and retailer contacts to support growth and resolve issues.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketplaces Manager to grow Zulay Kitchen’s business across third-party retail websites and online marketplaces.

You’ll be responsible for managing existing marketplace accounts, identifying new opportunities, launching products on new platforms, and driving sales growth. We need someone who is organized, commercially minded, and knows how to turn marketplace opportunities into real revenue.

• Location: Clearwater, Florida — in-office
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: On-site; this is not a remote position.
