OpenRouter seeks a Product Manager to lead its marketplace connecting developers with inference providers. You will shape mechanisms, onboarding, and pricing to raise the quality floor for the ecosystem and unlock new buying and selling options.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Partnerships to ship market structures, diagnostics, and self-serve tooling that scales across models and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience building or operating a two-sided marketplace or price-matching engine.
• Understanding liquidity, price discovery, supply-demand balancing, and trust systems.
• Engineering collaboration to scope, sequence, and ship complex projects iteratively.
• Familiarity with LLM inference stacks and related cost/performance tradeoffs.
• Proficiency using data to drive product decisions and validate specs.
• Strong written clarity and ability to communicate with users and partners.
• Experience building buyer/seller tooling and self-serve onboarding funnels.

Responsabilités

• Own the Provider Marketplace roadmap from dashboard to onboarding pipelines and pricing mechanisms.
• Launch new market primitives like auctions, capacity commitments, and dynamic pricing.
• Shape buyer and provider experiences with demand/supply controls and capacity tools.
• Define inference prioritization and service tiers across reliability and margins.
• Build automated feedback loops and diagnostics to measure traffic and performance.
• Scale supply with self-serve APIs, pricing updates, and health checks.
• Analyze request logs and unit economics to uncover unmet demand and optimize incentives.
