Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations & Catalog Manager to own and optimize a growing catalog across online marketplaces, including Amazon Seller Central. You will manage listings, data quality, inventory, and marketplace issues for a catalog of several hundred SKUs.

The role involves supporting new product launches, coordinating product data across SellerCloud and related systems, and ensuring accurate information across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Amazon Seller Central experience required.
• Experience in e-commerce catalog management and multichannel catalogs.
• Experience managing a catalog with hundreds of SKUs.
• Understanding of product listings, variations, and marketplace data.
• Experience troubleshooting Amazon listing and catalog issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple products and priorities independently.
• Experience with SellerCloud or similar multichannel software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings within Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces.
• Own an existing catalog of several hundred SKUs and support new product launches.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings and data across channels.
• Clean up and organize product data, descriptions, images, and listing information.
• Manage parent/child variations and product relationships; resolve listing issues.
• Maintain consistent and accurate product information across marketplace channels.
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve listings and catalog quality.
• Assist with SellerCloud catalog implementation and ongoing management.
• Organize product information within SellerCloud and connected systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams on marketplace needs.
• Coordinate marketplace setup for new product launches and ongoing catalog updates.
