Job summary

WeBox is seeking a Marketplace Operations Analyst to optimize our platform and partner network. You will analyze marketplace performance, pricing, and product strategy, then translate insights into actionable initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

This hands-on role requires turning data into improvements and owning results in a fast-moving environment. WeBox offers growth and a dynamic, global team experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketplace operations, business operations, e-commerce, category management, procurement, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with business and financial data.
• Good business judgment and curiosity about why something is or is not working.
• Comfortable communicating and negotiating with external partners.
• Strong ownership and follow-through.
• Able to work across teams and move between analysis and execution.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where not every problem already has a defined process.
• Experience in food, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Performance: Analyze sales, orders, customer behavior, product performance, and profitability; identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Pricing & Product Strategy: Review product costs, selling prices, margins, and market pricing; evaluate new products and category launches.
• Partner & Quality Management: Evaluate partners on cost, quality, reliability, and customer experience; monitor quality and resolve issues.
• Operations & Execution: Turn analysis into clear actions; improve processes and follow through to measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

About the Role

WeBox is looking for a Marketplace Operations Analyst to help us build and continuously improve our Marketplace.

This is a hands-on business operations role. You will look at the Marketplace as a whole — what we sell, how we price it, which partners we work with, whether we are delivering the right quality, and where we can improve.

You will work with data, but analysis is only the starting point. We are looking for someone who can turn insights into action and take ownership of problems from discovery through resolution.

Responsibilities

Marketplace Performance

Understand how the Marketplace is performing and identify where we can do better.

• Analyze sales, orders, customer behavior, product performance, and profitability.
• Identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Understand what customers are looking for across both online and offline offerings.
• Recommend which products or categories we should add, expand, improve, or remove.
• Track the impact of changes and continue iterating based on results.

Pricing & Product Strategy

Help us make better decisions about what we sell and how we price it.

• Review product costs, selling prices, margins, and market pricing.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on customer demand, competitiveness, and profitability.
• Evaluate new products and categories before launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve product mix and overall Marketplace margin.
• Conduct competitive and market research when needed to support business decisions.

Partner & Quality Management

Help build a partner network that delivers the right products at the right price and quality.

• Evaluate existing and potential partners based on cost, quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Participate in partner discussions and negotiations around pricing, products, and commercial terms.
• Monitor partner and product quality through customer feedback, complaints, refunds, and operational performance.
• Identify recurring issues, understand root causes, and work with partners and internal teams to resolve them.
• Recommend when a partner or product should be improved, replaced, or removed.

Operations & Execution

Make sure good ideas actually turn into results.

• Work closely with Marketplace, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product/Tech.
• Turn analysis and business priorities into clear actions.
• Improve Marketplace processes as the business grows.
• Identify inefficient or repetitive work and find ways to simplify or automate it.
• Follow through on projects and issues until there is a clear outcome.

Salary Range : USD 100,000 – 140,000/yearly
