Title: Marketplace Experience Representative - Atlanta

Reports to: Regional Merchandising Manager, UGG

Location: Remote - Atlanta, GA

Role Description

At UGG, we aim to create immersive, consumer-first brand experiences. As part of our Marketplace Experience team in North America, you will be a passionate brand ambassador, bringing our marketplace strategy to life across wholesale, DTC, and brand experiences. Your role is to ensure UGG is positioned as a best-in-class brand within your city, delivering elevated consumer experiences and acting as the eyes and ears of the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement the Marketplace Experience strategy across all brand touchpoints in your city.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying UGG's values and ensuring premium consumer experiences.
3. Identify opportunities for local brand presence enhancement and contribute to marketing activations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute consumer experiences.

Support Functions

1. Conduct in-store training for wholesale partners on UGG’s story, products, and customer experience expectations.
2. Build relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal visual presentation and storytelling.
3. Support internal teams during brand milestones like sales meetings and trade shows.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

1. Gather and report insights on retail performance, consumer engagement, competitor activities, and market trends.
2. Provide end-of-project recaps and share learnings for future improvements.
3. Act as a liaison between the field and corporate teams to inform strategies.

Consumer Experiences & Local Marketing

1. Support local brand activations, events, and community partnerships.
2. Ensure the execution of brand experiences on the ground, including store events and influencer collaborations.
3. Engage with local influencers and community leaders to amplify brand presence.
