Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking staff for part-time 11:00am–7:00pm shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Employees enjoy compensation from $15.00–$16.00 per hour and may receive meal benefits. Positions include part-time and PRN opportunities in a customer-focused food service setting.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling transactions, and assisting customers in a friendly, efficient manner. Experience with cash drawers and standard POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience processing cash transactions.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Excellent customer services skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register and/or computer to ring up food sales.
• Reconciles cash drawer and secures funds collected as per policy.
• Sets up self-serve food areas (soup and salad bar, etc.).
• Responsible for processing customer special orders accurately and timely.
