Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL, is seeking friendly Marketplace Cafe & Retail Associates to join our Florida Keys team. The role combines retail sales and cafe service, helping guests with merchandise purchases while preparing simple food and beverages such as coffee, tea, sandwiches, and grab-and-go items.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, cafe, or customer service preferred.
• Friendly, guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Basic POS or cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in the Marketplace retail and cafe area.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and cafe drinks.
• Prepare simple food items including sandwiches, heating pastries, and grab-and-go items.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Assist guests with selecting retail merchandise and snacks.
• Inform guests about promotions, featured items, and resort offerings.
• Restock retail items, snacks, and beverages throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and retail areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
