Job summary

Extend Information Systems Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Marketing Technology Developer to advance our Marketo Engage-based environment.

This technical role focuses on development, maintenance, and optimization of marketing technology capabilities rather than day-to-day campaigns. You will work on emails, forms, landing pages, templates, scripts, and API integrations; build automation to improve platform reliability, efficiency, and scalability; and partner with marketing and engineering

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical development experience with Adobe Marketo Engage or comparable marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working with REST APIs and data exchange between systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrations and automated workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with development lifecycle practices (testing, validation, deployment, change management).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical development support for Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Review, troubleshoot, maintain and modify code supporting emails, forms, landing pages, templates, and campaign assets.
• Develop and execute scripts to support platform operations, migrations, data management, and large-scale updates.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot REST and Bulk API integrations.
• Support authentication, data exchange, webhooks, and integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop automation to reduce manual platform administration and improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support platform modernization and large-scale changes across the marketing technology environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, maintainability, performance and reliability of solutions.
• Collaborate with platform owners and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document code, scripts, integrations, dependencies, configurations, and processes.
