True Stance, Inc. is seeking a Junior Marketing Trainee to support promotional campaigns and customer engagement in retail environments. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on marketing experience with paid training, mentorship, and career development.

You will work alongside a team to represent client brands, drive promotions, and deliver professional customer experiences. No prior experience is required and ongoing guidance is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• In-store promotional and customer engagement experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally and inform about products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with in-store marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Answer customer questions and ensure a positive experience.
• Learn product features, pricing, and current promotions.
• Support the setup and presentation of promotional areas.
