We are searching for a Part-Time Marketing Technologist for our media & entertainment client. In this position, you will act as the bridge between marketing and engineering—analyzing tools, improving workflows, and implementing technical solutions that power growth. This role is ideal for someone who’s as comfortable with marketing strategy as they are with tagging, integrations, and digging into systems. Interested in learning more? As Marketing Technologist, you will:

  • Act as the connective tissue between the marketing and software development teams
  • Execute light coding and technical implementation projects across campaign tools, analytics, and customer data systems
  • Improve email data hygiene and tracking, install Google tags, manage ESP workflows, and connect the app to digital ad platforms
  • Recommend improvements to the current martech stack, processes, and automations
  • Support mobile app integrations (AppsFlyer, Google Play Console, App Store Connect)
  • Contribute to marketing and product development initiatives with a strategic and systems-focused lens

Who we’re searching for / About you:

  • You bring a background in software development or web engineering and can confidently build or troubleshoot integrations
  • You have working experience in marketing or product teams, ideally in a DTC or content-rich environment
  • You're able to analyze a martech stack and propose practical improvements to boost efficiency and data clarity
  • You’re comfortable working independently, communicating across teams, and adapting quickly
  • You’ve worked with ESPs and CRMs (e.g., Sendlane, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce), tagging tools (GTM, GA4), and CMS platforms (WordPress)

Tech Stack Exposure (ideal but not required):

  • Sendlane (ESP), Google Analytics, mobile app tracking tools, and basic SEO principles

Logistics:

$50–$55/hour

Part-time, 10–30 hours/week (10 hours to start)

Remote: Oregon, California, and New Jersey preferred
