Job summary

The Product Manager, Marketing at NinjaHoldings supports the Marketing team's product strategy and execution, reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, Marketing.

This role bridges marketing objectives with technical execution, contributing to web, front-end, and customer-facing product initiatives while coordinating with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk in a regulated fintech environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product management for marketing technology or digital experiences,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in marketing technology or customer-facing digital experiences.
• Experience in a regulated fintech or financial services environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of the marketing product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with engineering capacity and dependencies.
• Support end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including front-end and customer-facing product development.
• Help manage and improve team workflows and operational processes to increase execution speed and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to plan, sequence, and deliver marketing initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Support resolution of marketing system outages and technical escalations with minimal business impact.
• Define and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for marketing technology projects.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-organizational alignment in marketing.
