Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, invites applications for a Marketing Student Assistant role with the Nordic Pet Health team. You will support the Marketing Manager across diverse activities and touchpoints for a broad portfolio of medicinal products in multiple Nordic markets.

The position offers hands-on experience, strong English and Nordic language communication requirements, and a part-time schedule of about 15 hours per week in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Some prior marketing experience or insight.
• Strong written and verbal English and one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full process of marketing material development, from briefing agencies to proofing and final delivery.
• Support the Marketing Manager in daily tasks and assist with Advertising & Promotion (A&P) cost tracking.
• Manage orders for promotional items, merchandise, and giveaways.
• Maintain and update material inventories and activity plans.
• Contribute to media planning and the development of media assets.
• Take part in coordination and analysis of consumer surveys, market data etc.

Your Role: Marketing Student Assistant

As our Marketing Student Assistant, you'll play a crucial supporting role within the Elanco Pet Health Nordics team, working closely with the Nordic Marketing Manager. This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands‑on experience across diverse marketing activities and touchpoints for a broad portfolio of medicinal products in multiple Nordic markets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full process of certain (or relevant) marketing material development, from briefing agencies to proofing and final delivery.
• Support the Marketing Manager in daily marketing tasks and assist with Advertising & Promotion (A&P) cost tracking.
• Manage orders for promotional items, merchandise, and giveaways.
• Maintain and update material inventories and activity plans.
• Contribute to media planning and the development of media assets.
• Take part in coordination and analysis of consumer surveys, market data etc.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Required Experience: Some prior experience or insight into marketing.
• Top skills: Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Prior digital marketing experience.
• A team player with a strong customer focus and a proactive mindset.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High level of personal accountability and drive to deliver.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign planning and execution.
