Position: Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity for a data-driven strategist to collaborate closely with Marketing and GTM leadership to shape pipeline generation and growth. Responsibilities include leading planning cycles, analyzing funnel performance, and providing insights to inform strategic investments. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to develop models, dashboards, and business cases that support decision-making and resource alignment, making it a high-impact position where analytical skills meet strategic influence.

Accountabilities:

  1. Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, setting pipeline targets and forecasting across growth channels.
  2. Analyze campaign ROI, funnel efficiency, and customer journey data to deliver actionable insights.
  3. Design and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of marketing metrics and business goals.
  4. Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on budgeting, headcount planning, and investment prioritization.
  5. Collaborate on GTM initiatives including product-led growth, account-based marketing, and self-serve strategies.
  6. Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership through executive presentations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years in marketing analytics, strategy, or business planning.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and Google Sheets; excellent data storytelling and visualization skills.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, and similar marketing tech tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with LTV modeling, PLG metrics, or advanced analytics using Python, R, or SAS.
