Job Description :

GENERAL OVERVIEW: enGen, a fully owned subsidiary of Highmark Health, is seeking an experienced full stack B2B marketer to support growth efforts. This role involves positioning enGen as an industry leader, building brand awareness, and generating demand through B2B lead marketing. The individual will work closely with the strategy leader to develop marketing strategies, including brand and product positioning, messaging, and campaigns. Collaboration with various internal teams is essential for effective marketing planning and execution.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate as a key member of the enGen Strategy team, reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing and the VP of Strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s strategic goals, products, and stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to create effective strategies and campaigns aligned with brand and acquisition goals.
  • Define brand positioning, value propositions, and key messaging themes.
  • Develop content strategies and ensure consistency across channels including web, digital, email, and events.
  • Implement thought leadership and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute event activation strategies.
  • Use data insights to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize segmentation and customer journey analysis to tailor content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Maintain strong marketing processes and organizational discipline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or 7 years relevant experience.
  • Preferred: MBA or related Master’s degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Required: None specified.
  • Preferred: Experience in agency account management, brand or product management, healthcare, product launches, consultative selling, and technology tools in marketing.
