Capital One is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to join our Integrated Strategy team in Wilmington, DE. You will assist with creative and messaging strategies for integrated campaigns, help manage the learning agenda, and maintain brand voice across channels.

You will collaborate with Brand, Channel Leads, and Product Strategy to drive cohesive campaigns, translate data into actionable marketing updates, and support creative development from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.
• 1+ year of experience supporting marketing campaigns.
• Preferred: 3+ years of marketing experience with focus on brand strategy or campaign development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Creative Strategy by turning business objectives and insights into clear briefs for internal teams and external partners.
• Support Messaging Strategy to execute clear, customer-centric messaging hierarchies and narratives.
• Assist with the Learning Agenda by tracking questions and partnering with analytics to gather results and insights.
• Coordinate Campaign Integration with cross-functional teams to support a cohesive customer experience.
• Gather Insights on customers, competitors, and market trends to inform marketing recommendations.
