Tighe Architecture is seeking a full-time Marketing / Strategist to join our team in Los Angeles. You will manage day-to-day social media, craft copy and visuals aligned with our brand, and help shape content strategy across platforms.

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor's degree, 3+ years in social media management (architectural background a plus), strong writing, and solid time management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management.
• Architectural background is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong project and time management in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting, editing, and optimization on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the principal and team to publish strategy and content calendar; craft copy and source images.
• Provide analytics and insights from social media accounts.
• Stay current on platform developments, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Assist with proposal and qualification package production.
• Support broader marketing efforts including brand messaging, email campaigns, and website content.
