The Marketing Strategist of Backyard Poultry is a strategic growth leadership position for high-profile growth brands in the retail poultry nutrition space. The role requires a strong marketing strategist to solve customer problems by developing strategy, building solutions and executing marketing plans that help our customers win. This role will recommend where strategic investments should be made and execute current innovation plans set to build out the future growth strategy for the segment. You will work on connecting the identified opportunities with a relevant portfolio and link with other projects and initiatives to ensure alignment to the overall organizational strategy. You will partner with teams to create and implement marketing materials, optimize the product portfolio and bring new products, services and solutions to the market. You will be a strategic partner to your customers, sharing market insights, creating marketing plans, leading key projects and overseeing the project portfolio to ensure best in class strategies on value creation for both the customer and the organization. In this role, you will be key in the growth drivers of priority businesses and define strategic priorities to grow margin and volume.
This position is open to a remote home-office work arrangement anywhere in the United States.
The expected salary for this position is $130,000-$170,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
