Qualifications

• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, emails, newsletters, and promos.
• Maintain websites, social media, and online profiles with consistent branding.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls for lead generation, setting appointments, and follow-up.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions in CRM.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
