What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key local employer and industry partners to increase market penetration
- Create supporting collateral and success stories highlighting graduates and partners
- Assist in developing local marketing event plans for each campus to drive performance
- Monitor and support social media engagement and online events, preparing monthly media performance reviews
- Collaborate to create localized marketing content that drives enrollment intent in assigned campus markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in crafting, executing, and measuring local marketing plans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with productivity software (MS Office) and familiarity with online marketing best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in copywriting for various print and digital channels
- Experience managing social media content calendars, preferably in healthcare or higher education
- Experience presenting key findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional leaders
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to support and communicate marketing ideas effectively
