Job description

A Large National Financial Insurance company is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support their team! This position is fully remote but needs to sit out of the PST or MST time zones.

Pay: $30/hr - $45/hr

Description

This role will focus on creating new marketing materials, designing brochures using a self-service design tool, and managing print and shipping coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and manage rate insert workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
2. Create marketing brochures using a self-service platform.
3. Coordinate printing and shipping of materials to meet deadlines.
4. Partner effectively with the Sales Support Implementation team to ensure alignment and execution.
5. Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Adobe, Outlook, Microsoft Suite).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
