Job summary

Zekai is seeking a Marketing Specialist (Microsoft Office User) for a 100% remote contractor role. You will design marketing prompts, craft content for AI training, and help evaluate campaigns with analytics, using Microsoft 365 tools to deliver professional deliverables.

You’ll translate marketing insights into actionable recommendations for AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing (content, digital, campaign, or analytics).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 with hands-on Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi-step marketing prompts reflecting industry workflows (campaign planning, audience segmentation, content calendars, reporting).

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Scope of Work

• Design realistic, multi-step marketing prompts that reflect true industry workflows, such as campaign planning, audience segmentation, content calendars, and performance reporting.
• Write, review, and refine marketing content used for AI training and model evaluation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and professional standards.
• Help build and score marketing analytics evaluations that test how well AI can assess campaign effectiveness.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, to produce marketing deliverables and documentation.
• Analyze marketing data and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both marketing performance and AI improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in marketing (e.g., content, digital, campaign, or marketing analytics).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with hands-on experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, including the ability to explain marketing concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to give clear, consistent feedback.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or evaluating AI-generated content.
• Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, or campaign measurement.
