Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Valley Green, PA. The person will serve as the primary interface between customers and Amphenol for program order activities and inquiries, coordinating with Field Sales, Product Marketing, and global operations.

You will manage price and product availability requests, process orders, monitor delivery performance, and contribute to special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent training with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Must be thorough with strong attention to detail and willing to follow up.
• Ability to work with a global, cross-functional team.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP Systems.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate communication on price and product availability requests.
• Receive and process customer orders; understand product and shipping requirements; provide internal demand.
• Understand on-time delivery requirements and performance; maintain accuracy in order management.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with updates; address inquiries on orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Assist in receivables collection and resolve disputed invoices with customers and Finance; prepare shipment summaries.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and Field Sales to share information on customer issues.
• Utilize resources to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Present a positive image of the business and customer service to customers and staff.
• Act as primary contact with customers and internal teams to drive projects to closure.
