Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• Experience managing social media channels including content planning, scheduling, analytics, and audience growth.
• Proven content creation skills including writing, editing, and producing digital assets.
• Experience with marketing software systems such as email automation, social media management, and marketing automation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience producing branded materials and templates.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage marketing interns (15%).
• Develops, implements, and disseminates marketing materials through various communication mediums using appropriate technologies.
• Collects and analyzes data and trends relevant to marketing activities.
• Develops and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, order program supplies, and office supply purchasing recommendations.
• Develop and maintain systems and workflows to support marketing, communication and data collection.
