Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance.
• Build and improve landing pages.
• Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics.
• Improve SEO across multiple websites.
• Maintain and update WordPress websites.
• Create new landing pages.
• Update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content.
• Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience.
• Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials in Canva.
• Create recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop educational marketing content.
• Create AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools.
• Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment.
• Manage incoming dentist leads.
• Coordinate follow up campaigns through email, phone, and text.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations.
• Track campaign performance.
• Review CallRail recordings and marketing data.
• Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior.
• Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI.
• Support new clinic openings.
• Assist franchise marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing assets for multiple departments.
• Help develop new marketing strategies as the company continues to grow.
