Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between the customer and Amphenol for program order-related activities and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Product Marketing and operations to meet customer demands.
• Process customer orders and communicate product availability and shipping requirements.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Assist in receivables collection and resolve invoice disputes with customers and Finance.
• Coordinate information with Product Marketing and Field Sales on customer issues.
• Represent the business positively to customers and internal teams; drive projects to closure.
