  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social media, events, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  • Support marketing initiatives that enhance organizational reputation and stakeholder engagement.
Engagement:
  • Develop communication programs that increase employee awareness and engagement.
  • Support organizational events, recognition programs, and change initiatives.
  • Create internal marketing campaigns promoting strategic programs and organizational priorities.
  • Measure employee engagement and communication effectiveness.
Driving Results:
  • Develop promotional strategies and communication materials for organizational events, conferences, workshops, and leadership meetings.
