What to Expect
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute member engagement campaigns across multiple channels to increase service utilization
- Design and implement A/B tests for outreach campaigns, analyzing results for optimization
- Build and maintain member communication workflows and develop compelling content
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate service offerings into engaging member communications
What is Required
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, including internships, with a focus on customer/member engagement
- Experience with email and text marketing and basic marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Excellent written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to campaign execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot (or other marketing platforms), and social media platforms
- Experience in the healthcare industry or interest in healthcare marketing
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing principles
