• Oversees and supports online communications including website, blog, email, and social media; supports awards.
• Provides writing and image selection for blog and social media according to brand standards.
• Develops and proactively produces media content in a timely manner.
• Updates content for the website and creates template designs.

This position will support the Marketing team with oversite from the Marketing Director in various efforts including but not limited to social media, presentations, proposals, awards, photography, events, and website media. The ideal candidate will be have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and willingness to grow to support our talented Landscape Architecture team.

ESSENTIAL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designs and maintains internal and client facing Studio Outside graphics for proposals, presentations, brouchers, website, and social media that adhere to the brand standards including infographics, diagrams, etc.
• Oversees and supports the studio’s online communications including website, blog, email, and social media platforms, and awards
• Provides writing and image selection for blog and social media according brand standards
• Develops and proactively produces consistent media content in a timely manner
• Updates and develops content for website
• Updates and creates template designs using brand standards
• Communicates design ideas effectively and is open to construction criticism
• Provides support when needed on proposal, presentation, and interview efforts
• Assist in the creation, assembly, and maintenance of print collateral including flyers, posters, tradeshow banners, awards, and promotional materials.
• Execute tasks quickly, proficiently, and proactively seeks guidance
• Provide support to events as it relates to marketing efforts by maintaining marketing inventory supplies ensuring materials are available
• Contact suppliers for supplies, materials updates, and repairs
• Understands Studio Outside’s brand and advocates for its values and culture
• Participates in weekly meetings and engages in culture events and activities
• Shows interest in advancing and exploring professional development opportunities
