  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to understand local customer needs, market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities, translating findings into actionable marketing programs.
  • Digital Marketing and Performance Measurement: Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels. Monitor key performance indicators, return on investment, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Events and Community Engagement: Coordinate in-store promotions, grand openings, community outreach initiatives, and local events that strengthen customer relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Content Creation and Social Media: Create engaging content for social media platforms, develop brand-specific newsletters, contribute to press releases and media relations activities, and gather franchisee stories, testimonials, and achievements for internal and external communications.

  • Marketing Resources and Communications: Maintain and update franchisee intranet content, implementation tracking documents, marketing resources, and campaign materials to ensure teams have access to current and consistent information.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate regularly with national marketing, regional operations, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives, share best practices, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
