Job summary

LCS in Des Moines, IA seeks a marketing coordinator to manage projects, support campaign execution, and create compelling content across digital and traditional channels.

You will train teams on marketing resources, coordinate with vendors and agencies, and ensure brand consistency while tracking performance metrics to drive optimization. This role requires collaboration and a proactive marketing mindset.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital advertising is required.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe) is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage marketing activities and customer data is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical.
  • A proactive and creative marketing mindset is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support for marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Host trainings on marketing resources including CRM, martech tools, and other systems.
  • Assist in development and execution of campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including websites, emails, blogs, and social media.
  • Support development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Track and report on email campaigns, including list management and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist with video/photo shoots as needed.
  • Work with designers, sales partners, agency partners, and vendors on marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing campaign data within the CRM and ensure integration with broader efforts.

WhatYou’llDo:
  • Provide project management support for a variety of marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Hosts trainings on key marketing resources, to include online reputation management system, video messaging system, CRM, martech tools and others as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content for internal marketing and sales communications as well as external content support for websites, email marketing, blogs, and social media.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Work closely with designers, sales partners, agency partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage marketing campaign data within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and integration with broader sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with marketing agencies, vendors, designers, internal/external stakeholders to coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance reporting.
