Job summary

You’ll help deliver campaigns, prepare materials for print and digital use, and ensure promotional projects stay on schedule. The position is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, with medical/dental/vision benefits and 401(k) eligibility.

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives and help strengthen brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with research, communication, and project coordination in a collaborative office environment.

You’ll work across a range of marketing activities, helping deliver campaigns, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure promotional projects stay organised and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for print, digital, and in-person use.
• Assist with social media content, brand messaging, and promotional communications.
• Research market trends, audience interests, and competitor activity.
• Help maintain consistent branding across marketing materials and channels.
