Jack Henry is currently looking for a marketing professional with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive demand from bank and credit union audiences. The Marketing Specialist, Advanced, should demonstrate advanced product knowledge, research, understand, and articulate FI audience segments, needs, and opportunities. This role focuses on sales team needs by helping to develop goals and managing marketing initiatives across responsibilities.

This is a remote role based in the Charlotte, NC metro area.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with the Sr. Manager to identify strategic marketing opportunities and leading project execution.
  • Designing and executing marketing campaigns to influence sales pipeline growth.
  • Tracking, measuring, and refining campaign performance.
  • Supporting new product launches and updates.
  • Maintaining and developing marketing collateral to ensure current support materials are accessible.
  • Facilitating conversations with product and sales teams to understand value propositions.
  • Approaching marketing efforts with a thorough understanding of product capabilities and target audiences.
  • Serving as a strategic marketing contact and guiding a cross-functional team.
  • Supporting the evolution of Jack Henry’s capability architecture.
  • Communicating effectively and maintaining a results-oriented focus.
  • Reporting on marketing performance quarterly and annually.
  • Participating in monthly forecasting and collaborating for continuous improvement.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
  • At least 4 years of strategic marketing experience.
  • Experience in financial institutions or fintech targeting financial institutions.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in financial industry marketing and project management with agencies or creative teams.
  • Knowledge of financial technical solutions and audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot preferred.
