As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with technical colleagues, business development professionals, and leadership to shape company-wide marketing and communication efforts. Your key responsibilities will include orchestrating business development strategy and proposal production and deliverables for high-profile competitive pursuits nationwide, by evaluating, positioning for, and securing new business in alignment with the firm’s strategic plan and business goals. The marketing specialist partners with technical staff to drive growth for specific market segments, disciplines, and geographic regions, as assigned. You will collaborate with the team’s operations and management by improving processes and maintaining shared platforms and resources. This position also provides critical support to other key marketing team functions, including brand marketing/external communication and internal communication.
Our best estimate of the salary for this position, located in Boston, MA is $74,000 – $109,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers’ salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
