Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking an Enterprise Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for marketing spend, managing a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio and partnering with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Risk to optimize value and terms.

This on-site role requires 4–7 years of strategic sourcing experience, strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills, and the ability to apply data-driven insights and AI‑powered tools to drive cost savings and risk mitigation across a high‑visibility category

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and cost savings.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes from requirements to contract negotiation.
• Draft, negotiate and manage long-term supplier contracts with favorable terms.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships through reviews and scorecards.
• Leverage AI tools, spend analytics and market intelligence for insights and savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Risk to meet compliance and operational needs.
